Privacy policy

This policy explains how the personal data you send through this website is processed, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you apply for the private beta, the form collects:

  • your email address;
  • your streamer name;
  • your platform and channel link;
  • the description of your activity;
  • your motivation and expectations.

All these fields are required to review your application. To limit abusive submissions, your IP address is kept in the server memory for one minute at most; it is never stored in the database. The host may keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) under its own obligations.

  • Reviewing your beta application and getting back to you: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
  • If your application is accepted, creating your account and emailing your invitation: same legal basis.
  • Securing the website and preventing abuse: our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Only the HypeLayer team in charge of applications reads your data. Our technical providers process it on our behalf: the host ([À COMPLÉTER], [À COMPLÉTER]) and the email provider used for invitations (Proton, Switzerland, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission).

Beta applications are kept for: [À COMPLÉTER]. An application can be deleted earlier on request.

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for its portability by writing to [À COMPLÉTER]. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

This website uses no advertising trackers. With your prior consent only, it uses Metricool and Umami for audience measurement.
